We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Because each item is made and handled with care, we kindly ask that you read our return and refund policy before completing your purchase.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear, lingerie, and accessories are non-returnable.
We only accept returns if the item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Shawtybaebikini@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
If the product was purchased with a discount code or part of a promotion, the refund will be based on the discounted amount paid.
In some cases, you may be offered a store credit or replacement instead of a refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer size or color exchanges due to limited stock and hygiene reasons.
Please double-check your size and color selection before placing your order.

Order Issues

If you received the wrong item, missing package, or any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
